Toto sexi telo patrí exotickej kráske Halle Berry (51), ktorá na svojej kondičke a super postave maká celý život. Najnovšie cvičí so sympatickým profíkom a prostredníctvom Instagramu motivuje k cvičeniu ženy z celého sveta.

O Halle Berry je známe, že roky striktne dodržiava niekoľko zásad, ktoré jej pomáhajú udržiavať nielen perfektnú postavu, ale aj mladistvý vzhľad. Okrem dobrých génov, nedá dopustiť na tieto veci:

  • Svojej pleti sa venuje denne, nikdy neodchádza bez toho, aby sa dôkladne natrela krémom s UV faktorom.
  • Vždy keď môže, necháva si pleť oddýchnuť od mejkapu.
  • Halle nepoužíva „zázračné“ krémy proti vráskam, spolieha sa na kvalitné hydratačné krémy. Hydratovať pokožku dvakrát denne považuje za základ peknej pleti.
  • Čo sa týka postavy, herečka cvičí 5-krát do týždňa a strieda rôzne druhy cvičení.
  • Dbá na pravidelnú a kvalitnú stravu, je päťkrát denne a v jej jedálničku prevládajú šaláty, zeleninové polievky, chudé mäso a ryby. Halle sa takto stravuje nielen kvôli peknej postave, ale tiež preto, že roky trpí cukrovkou.

Pochvala od trénera

Halle cvičí posledné dva roky pod dozorom fitness trénera Petra Lee Thomasa a to až 5-krát do týždňa. Ten sa priznal, že na začiatku o herečke veľa nevedel a vôbec netušil, koľko má rokov. Keď sa dozvedel, že má už po päťdesiatke, bol poriadne prekvapený!

It can help tone your core and increases your overall strength. It challenges balance, coordination and endurance as well as promotes explosive power. You can get a full body workout with just a ball. It truly is an entire "all in one gym”. And who doesn’t have fun with a ball? When I have fun while training I feel inspired to keep going! Today we share 5 exercises with the Med Ball. Our balls are 12 lbs, but you can use any weight your fitness level allows. I do 20 reps for 5 sets. I also made 2 new keto lunch dishes I absolutely love! Have fun today! 💪🏽❤️

Welcome to the start of #FitnessFriday. Each Friday I’ll be posting something about fitness that I hope will inspire you. So many of you are asking how I have managed to stay in great shape over the years. Well, part of it is genetics, that’s true. I was a gymnast growing up and that certainly has helped as I have always been very athletic. I have worked with many trainers over the years and learned a lot from each of them. However, now I’d like to introduce you to my favorite trainer and what I call my secret weapon! Peter Lee Thomas! This man has changed my life. Besides being an all around wonderful human, he’s a trainer, martial artist, fellow actor, and nutrition specialist! With his help, I have learned so much about fitness and nutrition and I’m excited to share it with all of you. He’s taught me boxing, self defense, and much more. Not only am I in the best shape of my life, but I can actually defend myself and most importantly... my children! As a woman there is nothing more empowering. Yooooooo this #FitnessFriday is about overcoming discomfort and fatigue! Initially when adapting to a fitness lifestyle, fear of discomfort usually sets in. The truth is, when you get fit, exercise is actually something you look forward to. It’s a stress reliever (God knows I’ve needed that over the years), makes you feel relaxed, optimistic and those endorphins are just heavenly! After I workout, I feel like I can conquer the world. Ok, now real talk, I do sometimes get fatigued, tired and don’t always look forward to my workouts but that is when I force myself to push harder and work through it. When I get to the other side, it’s always well worth my effort. Why? Because I’m worth it and so are YOU! Today’s exercise is about lifting and firming our butts! Trust me the battle is real for us to keep it tight and right, especially if you have an average butt like me. 😄 So today I’m sharing a simple exercise that I love! We call it a skyscraper. It’s easy to do at home all you need is a ball, a stack of towels or anything that you can lift your foot on. I’m also sharing another exercise for your core. My core is the only muscle group I work on everyday. A strong core is an essential part of performing every other workout I do. We call this exercise a sit through. All you need for that is a towel! It’s #FitnessFriday AGAIN! Today I’m proud to share my new #yoga pose. Thanks to all of you, I got super inspired and challenged myself to a head stand! I continue to challenge each of you to try new poses as well and share them with me by tagging #FitnessFridayHB. Today, let’s talk not just about yoga poses, but also about the meditative aspects of yoga. Many argue that some of the happiest people are those who spend time each day meditating. I can tell you that I’ve felt happier and more like my best self since I started. I’ve learned that meditation helps to balance your left brain and right brain, and as a result I feel more creative, I can absorb information faster and I experience better emotional health. #Meditation also helps me stay in touch with my “little me”, that little girl who keeps me curious and open to the newness of each day and every new experience that comes my way. Meditation keeps me connected to God, Mother Earth, a higher power or whatever you prefer, and reminds me that while we are all on a solo journey, we are never alone! So today, if you don’t already, try to find 20 minutes to meditate or pray. If you can make this ritual a part of your dailies, watch how your life will transform!
