Klobúk dole pred pevnou vôľou a odhodlaním tejto mladej ženy. Presvedčí vás, že chudnutie začína najskôr v hlave. S pozitívnym prístupom to dokážete tiež!

Stálo ju to dva roky pokusov a omylov, ale nemenila by. 27-ročná Darilyn zmenila svoj životný štýl od základov a zhodila neuveriteľných 54 kíl! Nedrží žiadnu striktnú diétu a tréningy si zvláda zostavovať sama.

Sebaľutovanie nikam nevedie

To si uvedomila aj Darilyn, ktorá smútok a lenivosť vymenila za pot a pozitívny prístup. Začala si cvičenie užívať hneď vo chvíli, keď zistila, čo jej telo dokáže. Chodila do posilňovne s nonstop otváracou dobou a zmenila svoje stravovacie návyky.

Vytvorila si dokonca svoj tréningový plán, a to aj bez pomoci fitness trénera. Celú premenu zdieľala na svojom Instagrame, kde nahrávala fotky pod hashtag #dkdoesfitness. Dokumentovala tým pokroky a zároveň motivovala ostatných.

this is the first time in months that i feel justified in posting one of these SO HERE IT IS. i have spent the last six weeks consistently putting my health and my fitness first. i've been eating intuitively (keeping in mind - the more i workout the hungrier i get and THATS OKAY) - i feel less and less hung up if i have a snack. or drink. (or drink a lot of vodka and end my night with 3 slices of pizza 🍕🤷🏻‍♀️) it's halloween. and then my birthday. and then i'm going out of town for work. and then it's christmas. and there's always an excuse. BUT THERES ALWAYS A PURPOSE. i have body dysmorphic disorder. sometimes it happens in large weight losses - and what happens is i see the darilyn on the left 6 days out of 7. 13 days out of 14. but today was a beautiful day when i looked in the mirror and my loose skin didn't stare back. and my rolls didn't stare at me. my face didn't seem wider than a truck. i just saw a lot of hard work. and love. and dedication. because i have been sharing with y'all for OVER TWO YEARS. and my journey still isn't close to being done (the weight LOSS part - the maintaining will be a full other chapter) so. all i've dedicated to y'all was sharing in the journey. and the process. cause this - is for me. and i'm soooooo FUCKING excited. the bitch is back. and i'm taking vengeance - thanks for sweating with me friends! and loving me. and being patient in my growth periods. soooo much love 🖤🏆✨💪🏼 #dkdoesfitness #transformationtuesday #goodlife #goodlifefitness

V miestnej posilňovni navštevovala skupinové lekcie spinningu, cvičila Crossfit a celému procesu sa plne oddala. Dychberúce výsledky na seba nenechali dlho čakať. Váha rýchlo klesala a telo sa začalo formovať.

Stavila na intuíciu

Keď prišlo na stravovanie, obmedzujúca diéta pre Darilyn neprichádzala do úvahy. Rozhodla sa preto riadiť intuitívnym stravovaním. Vyhla sa tým dodržiavaniu striktných pravidiel. Jednoducho si vyberala jedlo podľa chuti a počúvala vlastné telo.

Darilyn si vytvorila režim, ktorý je pre ňu dlhodobo udržateľný. "Je to cesta, proces, životný štýl. Navždy," povedala. Podarilo sa jej schudnúť už päťdesiat štyri kíl a je odhodlaná pokračovať ďalej. Chce byť štíhlejšia a vo výkonoch silnejšia.

V príspevkoch sa Darilyn zverila tiež s mnohými prekážkami. Našlo sa veľa ľudí, čo ju v priebehu chudnutia demotivovalo a odrádzali ju od toho byť lepšou. Ona ale zabojovala a dnes výsledky verejne oslavuje.

Ani ona však nie je dokonalá a nebojí sa to priznať. "Balíček Pringles v nočných hodinách? Stane sa!" komentuje Darilyn. "Dôležité je, aby sa človek spätne neľutoval, zdvihol sa a pokračoval vo svojej ceste ďalej."

Za najdôležitejšie považuje sebalásku a vedieť oceniť svoje telo, ktoré máme každý v živote len jedno. Plánuje tak pokračovať v pozitívnom prístupe, cvičení a zdravom stravovaní. Skúsite to tiež?

so today, I saw my reflection for what it was. today, I had a clear head. and I wanna share something - the girl on the left was on a camping weekend away with her friends and HATED anyone a) basically looking at her and b) TAKING PHOTOS OF HER. I would troll all my friends cameras on nights out and delete all pictures I hated - which was basically every one - not taking it as a damn hint -and today - i went to the gym and crushed my workout and tonight I'm performing stand up comedy - one of my life's newest passions - in front of a room full of people. so sure, your body changes. your habits change. and I can't speak for everyday - but on days like today - you can see such progress within mind, body, and spirit. *big deep breath* the last 6 weeks have been tough. shit. this entire winter - has been a struggle for me in all aspects. but I'm still here - and I'm fucking back to feeling like ME. 🙋🏻🙃 #blessed or some shit y'all. i am soooo excited for right now.
